IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN DALAM PENINGKATAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA SMP DARUSSALAMAH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY BOARDING SCHOOL DI LAMPUNG TIMUR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024/2025

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of learning management at SMP Darussalamah Digital Technology Boarding School in East Lampung in improving student achievement in the 2024/2025 academic year. The analysis method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires and statistical analysis. The results show that there is a positive correlation between good learning management and improved student achievement. Specifically, the successful implementation of innovative learning techniques and the use of digital technology have proven to enhance student motivation and engagement, which ultimately has a significant impact on their academic performance. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a more effective learning management model in other schools.
