STUDY ANALISIS KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU PAUD DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI RA KOTA BLITAR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024/2025

This study aims to analyze the pedagogical competencies of early childhood education (ECE) teachers in the learning process at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) in Blitar City during the 2024/2025 academic year. The pedagogical competencies include understanding learning concepts, effective teaching strategies, and the ability to evaluate and reflect on the teaching and learning process. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 ECE teachers in RA Blitar City. The analysis results indicate that most teachers do not fully master key aspects of pedagogical competencies, with an average competency score of 68.4 out of a scale of 100. This study is expected to provide recommendations for the professional development of ECE teachers and improve the quality of early childhood education in Blitar City.
