Pengaruh Manajemen dalam Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA IT Darul Quran Bogor

This study aims to analyze the influence of management in school leadership on teacher performance at SMA IT Darul Quran Bogor. The research employs a quantitative design with a survey method that targets 40 teachers as respondents. The collected data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The findings indicate that there is a significant positive effect between the managerial leadership of the headmaster and teacher performance. All management variables examined, such as communication, motivation, and support for professional development of teachers, significantly contributed to performance. Therefore, a managerial approach in school leadership needs reinforcement to enhance teacher performance outcomes.
