Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between work culture and motivation on teacher performance at Sekolah Alam Palembang. A positive work culture is believed to enhance motivation, which in turn significantly influences teachers' performance in teaching. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 50 teachers at Sekolah Alam Palembang using a questionnaire designed to measure the variables of work culture, motivation, and performance. The analysis results showed a significant relationship between work culture and motivation with teacher performance. It was found that 70% of teachers reported that a healthy work culture motivates them to deliver their best in the learning process. This research contributes to understanding the factors influencing educational performance in nature schools and highlights the importance of creating a supportive work environment.
