Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the role of teachers in instilling religious values ​​to shape children's discipline in Kartika II-34 Kindergarten Ogan Komering Ulu. Religious values ​​play an important role in shaping children's character from an early age, and teachers have a central role in this process. Through a qualitative approach, this study collected data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires to teachers, parents, and students. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the implementation of religious values ​​taught by teachers and increasing children's discipline. In addition, the results also show that strengthening religious values ​​in daily activities at school is effective in shaping children's disciplined behavior. This study provides recommendations for the development of a more integrated religious education curriculum and strengthening the role of teachers as educators who embrace religious values ​​in all aspects of learning.
