MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM PENINGKATAN KEDISIPLINAN SANTRI DI PONDOK PESANTREN QUR’AN PARA SAHABAT MUARA TEMBESI BATANG HARI JAMBI
Abstract
Islamic education management is a crucial aspect of building discipline among santri in pesantren. This study aims to analyze the managerial strategies implemented at the Pondok Pesantren Qur’an Para Sahabat Muara Tembesi, Batang Hari, Jambi, and their impact on the discipline of the students. The research employs a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and document studies. The findings indicate that effective educational management significantly enhances the discipline of santri. In this context, time management, curriculum development, and parental involvement play vital roles in creating a conducive environment for students. This research is expected to contribute to the development of better models of Islamic educational management.
