SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN DI SDIT MUTIARA CENDEKIA LUBUK LINGGAU PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
Abstract
Academic supervision by the school principal is a crucial effort to improve learning quality. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of academic supervision at SDIT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuk Linggau. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that the academic supervision conducted by the principal has positively impacted the professionalism of teachers and the quality of student learning. Through supervision focused on coaching and collaboration, it is expected that all components of education can enhance student academic achievement. These findings align with the educational management theory, which states that effective leadership contributes to educational quality improvement. This research recommends that school principals continue to innovate supervision methods to be more adaptive to the learning needs of the digital era.
