Abstract

Quality management in educational services is an increasingly pressing issue in this globalization era, especially at the secondary education level. This study explores quality management at SMP Integral Luqman Al Hakim in Kuaro District, Paser Regency. The study aims to analyze the quality management system implemented, assess its effectiveness, and identify challenges faced in the application of the system. Using a qualitative approach, this research collects data from various sources, including interviews with teachers, school principals, students, and parents. The results indicate that although several policies are in place, there is still room for improvement in the implementation of quality management. The conclusions of this study not only provide recommendations for SMP Integral Luqman Al Hakim but also offer useful insights for other educational institutions at a similar level.
