KREATIVITAS GURU PAI DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 002 TANJUNG PALAS TENGAH KABUPATEN BULUNGAN, KALIMANTAN UTARA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024/2025
Abstract
This study aims to explore how the creativity of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers enhances student motivation and learning outcomes at State Elementary School 002 Tanjung Palas Tengah, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan. Using a qualitative approach, the research collects data through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the implementation of innovative methods and the use of engaging learning media significantly contribute to increased student motivation. Additionally, adjusting teaching strategies to meet students' needs has proven effective in improving their learning outcomes. Data show that more than 75% of students exhibited increased learning motivation after the implementation of various teaching methods, and learning outcomes improved by an average of 20% over the last two semesters. This research is expected to serve as a reference for other PAI teachers in developing more creative and effective teaching strategies.
