KAJIAN KEPEMIMPINAN DAN METODE PENDIDIKAN DALAM PERSEPEKTIF ALQUR'AN DAN HADITS

Abstract

This study examines leadership and educational methods from the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith, aiming to understand the principles contained in these two primary sources of Islam. Leadership in Islam speaks not only about power, but also about responsibility and service to the community. In the context of education, the methods taught by Prophet Muhammad SAW provide relevant guidance to this day. This research employs a qualitative approach with textual analysis of the Qur'an and Hadith, comparing them with modern concepts of leadership and education. The findings from this study show that there are many principles that can be adopted from Islamic teachings to enhance the effectiveness of leadership and education in the modern era. The conclusion of this research is the necessity to integrate Islamic values in leadership and educational practices to better achieve the goals of building a civilized and ethical society.
