Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze teachers' efforts to improve student learning motivation in Islamic Education and Moral Education subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Rupat Utara. Learning motivation is a critical factor that influences students' academic success, especially in subjects that require understanding of moral and spiritual values. Data collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires were processed to determine effective strategies implemented by teachers. The research findings indicate that interactive approaches, the use of varied teaching media, and social support from the school environment significantly contribute to enhancing student motivation. This research is expected to contribute to the development of better teaching methods in the field of Islamic Education and Moral Education in vocational schools.
