Fungsi Manajemen Kepala Madrasah Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Di MTs Darul Ulum Way Sulan Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of madrasah management in improving teacher performance at MTs Darul Ulum Way Sulan for the academic year 2024/2025. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. The findings indicate that management functions in organizing, directing, and controlling have a significant impact on teacher motivation and performance. Furthermore, data shows that 75% of teachers feel satisfied with the implemented policies and find support from the madrasah head in professional development very helpful. This research is expected to provide recommendations for madrasah heads in applying effective management to improve teacher performance and achieve desired educational goals.
