PERANAN GURU BIMBINGAN KONSELING DALAM PEMBINAAN AKHLAK PESERTA DIDIK MA DAARUL HIKMAH LUWUK BANGGAI TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024/2025

Abstract

The role of guidance counseling teachers is crucial in developing the morals of students at MA Daarul Hikmah Luwuk Banggai. With a unique approach, guidance counseling teachers strive to assist students in understanding essential moral and ethical values in everyday life. Through structured counseling programs, teachers present interventions that can effectively address the negative behavioral challenges students often face today, including promiscuity and misunderstanding of values. This research employs qualitative methods to deeply explore how the role of guidance counseling teachers can be optimized within the educational context of this institution. Data were collected through interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. It is hoped that this study will provide a clear picture of the impact of counseling programs on the ethics of students at MA Daarul Hikmah Luwuk Banggai for the academic year 2024/2025.
