Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on teacher performance at SMP Swadiri 1 Seputih Agung, Central Lampung, for the 2024/2025 academic year. By using survey methods and quantitative data analysis, this research involves 50 teachers as respondents. The results indicate a significant relationship between organizational culture and work motivation on teacher performance. This is supported by data showing that 75% of teachers feel more motivated to work in an environment that supports a collaborative culture. This research is expected to provide insights for the school to better understand the importance of culture and work motivation in improving teacher performance.
