MUTU LAYANAN PENDIDIKAN DI SDN18 KOTA SORONG KELURAHAN KLAWASI KECAMATAN SORONG BARAT
Abstract
The researcher formulated the focus of the research on the management of quality education services. This study uses a literature study method that relies on bibliographic sources from articles in the latest journals and books related to the main content of the problem and reading data with the thoughts of experts with a constructive approach and interpretation of the main content of the discussion. Based on the results of the description that has been described, the quality of service in the aspect of physical evidence (tangible) at SDN18 Sorong City, Klawasi Village, West Sorong District has quite adequate physical conditions, the availability of facilities and infrastructure that support learning, the empathy aspect service has good service quality. This can be interpreted that the ability of the Principal, teachers and staff in communicating with students and parents, such as paying attention to students who have learning abilities that have not reached the KKM by providing additional learning after school hours are over, the reliability aspect service has a quality of service that is in accordance with customer expectations such as competent teachers and supporting teacher educational backgrounds.
