IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS MADRASAH DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN AQIDAH AKHLAK DI MI MUHAMMADIYAH CITANGGULUN
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal as a supervisor and the Aqidah Akhlak Teacher in developing the character of students at MI Muhammadiyah Citanggulun. This study uses a qualitative method using the principal and the Aqidah Akhlak Teacher as primary data sources and students and supporting research documents as secondary data. Data collection used was interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction procedures, data presentation and data verification and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the role of the principal of MI Muhammadiyah Citanggulun as a supervisor is that the principal has a class supervision program, supervision of extracurricular activities, guidance and counseling, exam supervision, and utilizes the results of supervision to improve teacher or employee performance. In an effort to create the character of students, the principal made breakthroughs by making a lesson schedule by determining the second break time along with the Dhuhur prayer time, all students are required to wear long clothes, both boys and girls.
