Abstract

This study aims to determine the professionalism of Muslim teachers and its influence on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri No 030422 Aornakan. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through classroom observations, teacher interviews, and document analysis. The findings highlight the importance of educational qualifications, subject mastery, and technology integration in improving the quality of education. The results also show that collaboration between teachers and support from the government and schools play an important role in creating a professional learning environment. This study uses a literature study method that relies on bibliographic sources from articles in the latest journals and books related to the main content of the problem and reading data with the thoughts of experts with a constructive approach and interpretation of the main content of the discussion, Teachers with appropriate teaching qualifications tend to provide higher quality teaching, and mastery of the subject matter as a whole affects student understanding. Integration of technology and innovative teaching methods are identified as key factors in increasing student engagement. In addition, collaboration and sharing of experiences between teachers are effective ways to improve teaching skills. Government and school support.
