IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN MINAT, SIKAP DAN PERILAKU POSITIF SISWA DI SMA IT AL-KAUTSAR RANGGO
Abstract
Character education program is one of the efforts to develop students' interest, attitude, and positive behavior. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of character education management in developing students' interest, attitude, and positive behavior. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data obtained through observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of character education management can increase students' interest, attitude, and positive behavior. Factors that influence the success of the character education program include the support of the principal, teacher commitment, and parental participation. implementation of character education in each learning through: creating graduate competency standards (SKL) which are compiled standards (SK) compiled learning indicators, learning evaluation strategies implementing all of these improvements with supporting factors and limiting factors. every teacher must have professionalism, good workers, fresh functions, and credible performance. This means having a character that builds morals, (ethics-aesthetics), cognitive, feelings, and psychomotor actions
