STRATEGI PEMASARAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAFTARAN SISWA BARU DI TK AL FAMS 4 BATAM
Abstract
This research discusses marketing strategies to increase new student enrollment at TK AL Fams 4 Batam, the factors hindering the increase in new student enrollment, and the efforts made to improve new student enrollment at TK AL Fams 4 Batam. In preparing this thesis, the author employed a field research method. This method was chosen to allow the author to engage directly at the research location and obtain concrete and relevant data related to the issues being addressed. The approach used was qualitative descriptive analysis, which involved data collection through interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation studies. The aim was to derive accurate and scientifically accountable conclusions. The results indicate that the steps taken have successfully built a positive image through various efforts such as banner installations, coloring competitions, and word- of-mouth promotion. The curriculum, which focuses on character development and children's skills, also serves as a unique attraction.
