This study aims to examine the concept of Islamic education management from the perspective of Al-Ghazali and its relevance to the challenges and needs of contemporary education. Al-Ghazali, as a classical Islamic thinker, offers a comprehensive view of education, encompassing its goals, curriculum, methodology, the role of teachers, as well as the moral and spiritual development of students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method, focusing on Al-Ghazali’s major works such as Ihya’ Ulumuddin and Ayyuha al-Walad. The findings indicate that Al-Ghazali’s managerial principles are highly relevant to the current context of Islamic education, especially in character formation, the integration of spiritual values into the learning process, and the significance of teacher exemplarity. The relevance of these concepts is critical amid the moral crisis and dehumanization in modern education, highlighting the need to revitalize classical values in a holistic and sustainable management of Islamic education.
