Abstract

This study aims to examine how national and regional education policies influence school administration systems, particularly in the context of information technology developments in the digital era. The main focus of this study is to identify the implications of education regulations such as the digitization of educational data, application-based management systems, and the demand for transparency and accountability in school administration management. This research employs a library research method by reviewing various literature sources such as books, scientific journals, government policy documents, and relevant previous studies. The findings indicate that education policies promoting digitalization and the use of information technology have a positive impact on the efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of school administrative systems. However, the implementation of these policies still faces several challenges, especially related to the readiness of human resources, uneven technological infrastructure, and the need for training among administrative staff and teachers. Therefore, continued policy support focused on strengthening the digital capacity of schools is necessary.
