STRATEGI MANAJEMEN PENGEMBANGAN RUMAH TAHFIDZ DI PEDESAAN: STUDI KASUS RUMAH TAHFIDZ CAKAP CENDEKIA WANATIRTA KABUPATEN BREBES

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and identify management strategies for the development of Rumah Tahfidz in rural areas, with a focus on the case study of Rumah Tahfidz Cakap Pakar Wanatirta Brebes. Rumah Tahfidz has an important role in facilitating the teaching and learning of the Koran in rural settings, promoting religious education, and supporting the character development of the younger generation. This research will involve an in-depth analysis of the management of the Tahfidz House development, the obstacles faced, and the strategies implemented to increase its effectiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation analysis. This research will also pay attention to local community participation in the development of Rumah Tahfidz and its impact on improving the quality of religious education in rural areas. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a clear picture of the challenges and opportunities in managing the development of Tahfidz Houses in rural areas. In addition, this research is expected to be able to identify effective strategies in overcoming obstacles and increasing the contribution of Rumah Tahfidz to education and character formation in rural communities.
