IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS LAYANAN PENDIDIKAN DI SMK YAPEMI PAGELARAN
Abstract
This type of research is descriptive research using qualitative research methods with data collection using observation, interviews and documentation methods, then the data that has been collected is processed and analyzed in stages, data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the implementation of educational staff resource management in increasing the effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education learning at Yapemi Pagelaran Vocational School are quite good, namely a) at the planning stage: teaching according to their educational background, minimum education level of S.1, skilled in using learning methods and media , b) coaching and development: involving teachers in upgrading and seminars, providing motivation to continue to a higher level of education, providing awards for outstanding teachers and sanctions for teachers who lack discipline and poor performance, involving teachers in every madrasa development, accepting and developing teachers' ideas and potential, c) assessment: the head of the madrasah always provides direct supervision of the activities of his teachers, the results of teacher performance assessments are immediately followed up, and d) providing compensation or rewards: giving appreciation and attention to honorary teachers. Supporting factors in implementing education personnel resource management in improving the quality of services are the support from the government to improve the quality of madrasa teachers, the existence of educational autonomy in madrasas and the availability of fairly complete learning facilities. Meanwhile, the factors that become obstacles in implementing education personnel resource management in improving service quality are those that arise from teachers and the implementation of teacher quality improvement programs which are sometimes not good.
