PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN BERBASIS MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN DI MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 1 PANGKAL PINANG
Abstract
This study aims to determine madrasah-based management to improve the quality of learning. This research is a qualitative research that describes the leadership of the Head of the Institute and analyzes the point of view of emotional intelligence. This research was conducted using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Testing the validity of the data using the triangulation technique, which in this study emphasized more on the source of the triangulation technique. The sources are all citizens from a good council foundation, the environment, the people around them including the teachers in the institution. The source will contain data on the leadership of the chairman of the Foundation based on emotional intelligence. The results of the research that have been described can be concluded that: 1) In general, the implementation of madrasah-based management in improving the quality of teaching aqeedah morals at Di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pangkal Pinang includes: curriculum management and teaching programs, education staff management, student management, financial management, facility management and infrastructure and management of madrasa relations with the community; 2) Factors supporting the implementation of madrasah-based management in improving the quality of learning aqeedah morals at MIN 3 South Lampung include: Experienced madrasa heads, teacher academic qualifications in accordance with the subjects taught, and teachers who already have professional skills; 3) The inhibiting factors include: The bureaucracy is still involved in the evaluation process as evidenced by the existence of joint semester exams and national exams. Even though in KTSP the completeness of the basic competencies has been carried out by the respective subject teachers, the teacher's lack of creativity in choosing learning approaches, models, methods and strategies, the lack of teachers in making learning equipment, and the number of hours of learning.
