STRATEGI GURU PAI DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SMPIT ULUL ALBAB TARAKAN
Abstract
This study aims to identify and describe the contribution of principals and teachers' leadership
in improving the quality of learning at SMPIT Ulul Albab Tarakan. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects who became informants in this study were the principals, teachers, and education staff at SMPIT Ulul Albab Tarakan. The results of the study stated that the various contributions made by the principal in order to improve the quality of learning at SMPIT ULUL Albab Tarakan Komering Ulu include (a). Principal as Educator, (b). Principal as Administrator, (c). Principal as Supervisor and (d) Principal as Manager. The teacher's efforts to improve the quality of learning are divided into three stages, namely the teacher's efforts to improve the quality of learning related to student learning, the teacher's efforts to improve the quality of learning related to collaboration with parents, and the teacher's efforts to improve the quality of learning related to student morals and character in MI. YPI Batumarta and SMPIT Ulul Albab Tarakan Ogan Komering Ulu. The contribution of teachers in an effort to improve the quality of learning at SMPIT Ulul Albab Tarakan is divided into three stages, namely those related to student learning, collaboration with parents, and related to student morals.
