UPAYA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA Di SMKN 1 INDRALAYA SELATAN KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN

Abstract

This research will examine and describe efforts to increase human resources at SMKN 1 Indralaya Selatan for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Where researchers directly research in the field. The data sources in this research are Primary Data Sources and Secondary Data Sources. By using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation carried out at SMKN 1 Indralaya Selatan, the information for this research consisted of 3 people, namely: Principal, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Study Teacher. To analyze the data using an interactive analysis model, namely: Data reduction, Data Presentation to draw conclusions, and data verification. To check the validity of the data using Triangulation techniques, member check, long term observation, peer examination, participatory of collaborative modes of research, researcher's biases, negative case analysis, thick description, auditing. The results of this research reveal three findings, namely 1. The quality of human resources (HR) at SMKN 01 Lempuing can be said to be quite good, but still needs to continue to be developed and improved.
