Konsep Pendidikan Tauhid Menurut Pemikiran Syaikh Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahhab Dalam Kitab At-Tauhid Dan Implementasinya Terhadap Siswa Di SMA IT Imam Syafii 2 Pekanbaru
Abstract
This study examines the concept of Tauhid education according to the thoughts of Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab in his book At-Tauhid and its implementation for students at SMA IT Imam Syafii 2 Pekanbaru. Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab is known as a reformer in Islam who emphasizes the importance of Tauhid as the main foundation in a Muslim's creed. The book At-Tauhid is one of his major works that discusses Tauhid in depth, both theoretically and practically. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method to understand the concept of Tauhid as presented by Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab. In addition, this study conducts field research to evaluate how these concepts are implemented in the educational process at SMA IT Imam Syafii 2 Pekanbaru. The results of the study show that Tauhid education at SMA IT Imam Syafii 2 Pekanbaru is based on the principles outlined in the book At-Tauhid. This implementation includes teaching that emphasizes the recognition and in-depth understanding of the meaning of Tauhid, teaching the practices of Tauhid in daily life, and efforts to internalize Tauhid values in students' character. Thus, this research provides significant contributions to understanding the relevance of Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab's teachings on Tauhid in the context of modern education and how these values can shape students' personalities
