MANAJEMEN PENDIDIK DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH AL-HIDAYAH BANJARSARI SERIGUNA
Abstract
To achieve optimal results in a school management, a school principal must have the ability to manage educators and education. This study aims to identify the management of educators and education personnel at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Banjarsari from planning, recruitment, coaching and development, promotion and transfer, dismissal, and compensation and awards to education staff in MA. This study uses a qualitative approach, observation method, and descriptive analysis. Data were obtained from regulations, literature and in-depth interviews with school management. The results of the study have shown that schools have planned human resources, namely educators according to the needs and goals of the school. Training and competency development for teachers and staff has been and will always be a school program that must be implemented. The school never lays off educators and staff. Therefore, as a recommendation to all parties, public or private schools should improve the competence of education personnel, so that education in Indonesia will increasingly achieve the expected national education goals.
