UPAYA PIMPINAN PESANTREN DALAM PENINGKATAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI PESANTREN MODERN MUHAMMADIYAH SUBULUS SALAM
Abstract
Humans were created by Allah SWT and were born with nature. This nature of nature can be channeled well in the process of human life if there is direction or guidance. As a creature of God who has been gifted with basic spiritual and physical abilities, throughout the history of his growth, this has been the basic capital for developing his life in all fields. The main means needed to develop human life is through education. The formulation of the problem that is the subject of this research includes: 1) What is the quality of human resources (HR), efforts to improve the quality of teacher human resources (HR) and efforts to improve the quality of human resources (HR) of employees at the Muhammadiyah Subulus Modern Islamic Boarding School Regards? So the aim of this research is to find out the quality of human resources (HR), efforts to improve the quality of human resources (HR), and how to improve the quality of human resources (HR) of employees at the Muhammadiyah Subulus Salam Modern Islamic Boarding School. The methodology in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach.
The results of this research are that improving the quality of good human resources needs to be carried out by Islamic boarding school leaders through activities within management functions, namely by carrying out planning, organizing, directing and supervising all tasks that have been given to all Islamic boarding school residents, so that it will produce good performance and will be able to realize the vision, mission and goals of the Islamic boarding school.
