PERANAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN MOTIVASI GURU DALAM MENDUKUNG PRESTASI SISWA DI MA AL-IKHLAS PEMETUNG BASUKI KECAMATAN BUAY PEMUKA PELIUNG KABUPATEN OKU TIMUR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2023/2024

Abstract

This research has two objectives, namely to describe the implementation of learning leadership by school principals and teacher motivation in supporting student learning outcomes. This is qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. This research uses interviews, observation and documentation in collecting data. To analyze the data, this research uses non-statistical methods, namely descriptive data analysis. This means that data is obtained through research on the implementation of leadership learning by school principals and is reported as is. Then, the data is analyzed descriptively to get an idea of ​​the facts. Based on the results of research conducted MA AL-Ikhlas Pemetung Basuki  Kecamatan Buay Pemuka Peliung  Kabupaten Oku Timur  Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024, it can be concluded that the Principal is the most important element in improving the quality of education. To improve the quality of education, school principals must organize learning well. Not only the principal, teachers also play a very important role in learning. The implementation of leadership learning at MA AL-Ikhlas Pemetung Basuki  in terms of the leadership learning model expressed by Hallinger and Murphy is divided into three dimensions, namely through the formulation of the school mission, good management of learning and creating a conducive school climate. These three dimensions were then determined into eleven descriptors.
