Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the management of facilities and infrastructure needed to improve the quality of PAI learning at SD Islam Terpadu Mutiara Qalbu. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research, because with the aim to describe or describe the phenomena that exist in the research location. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that SD Islam Terpadu Mutiara Qalbu in improving the quality of PAI learning uses available and ready-to-use facilities and infrastructure, for example planning procurement of goods, procurement of goods, maintenance, inventory. Meanwhile, the constraints on the process of facilities and infrastructure, namely in the procurement of goods, the maintenance of the officers who maintain have not worked optimally and the financing is still lacking, there is no administrative staff, the disposal of goods is rarely done. This is due to good management of educational facilities and infrastructure by school components. And the results are quite satisfying, both students, teachers and schools can feel the results with this management
