ETOS KERJA KEPALA SEKOLAH UNTUK PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU SD NEGERI MEKARJAYA KECAMATAN BANDAR SRIBHAWONO KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR TAHUN 2023/2024
Abstract
This study aims to describe the results of a survey regarding: (1) facilities and infrastructure planning; (2) procurement of facilities and infrastructure; (3) storage of facilities and infrastructure; (4) maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.
Research on the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SD negeri mekarjaya kecamatan bandar sribhawono kabupaten Lampung Timur is a descriptive study using a survey method and a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were school principals, vice principals for quality management and teachers. Data collection techniques are by interview, observation and document study. Data analysis uses the Miles and Humberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.
The results of the study show: (1) Planning for educational facilities and infrastructure is divided into planning for program infrastructure and planning for household infrastructure. Planning for program infrastructure is made by the school in accordance with the vision and mission of the school and the foundation through a series of stages, namely school coordination meetings, establishing school programs, and determining the need for program infrastructure. Furthermore, planning for household facilities and infrastructure is made by the Principal of SD negeri mekarjaya through the stages of reporting needs, processing report data, and determining the needs of household infrastructure. (2) Procurement of educational infrastructure is divided into procurement of program infrastructure and household infrastructure. Procurement of infrastructure for both programs and households is carried out by the school itself on the basis of the principal's decision using a budget originating from student development funds (school administration costs). (3) Storage of educational facilities and infrastructure is carried out in a special storage area. Where storage for each item is done separately. Performed by the General Division supervised by Deputy Quality Management. (4) Maintenance of educational infrastructure is carried out by maintaining school infrastructure and maintaining school facilities. Maintenance of school infrastructure is the responsibility of the general division of the foundation which is supervised by the deputy quality management with efforts to periodically check the condition of facilities and infrastructure once a year to prevent damage.
