The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between the personality competence of PAI teachers and student learning motivation in MIN 1 Muara Tiga District (r = 0.75, p < 0.05). These findings show that the higher the PAI teacher's personality competency, the higher the student's learning motivation. In addition, certain aspects of PAI teachers' personality competencies, such as empathy, integrity, and communication skills, have a significant impact on student learning motivation. This research has important implications in the context of improving the quality of education in MIN 1 Muara Tiga District. PAI teachers who have good personality competencies can be effective motivators for students in increasing their learning motivation.
