This research aims to investigate the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher creativity in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes at SD Negeri 91 Palembang. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies. Data was collected through classroom observations, interviews with PAI teachers, and analysis of documents related to the curriculum and student learning outcomes. The research subjects consisted of PAI teachers and lower grade students at SD Negeri 91 Palembang. The research results show that PAI teacher creativity has a significant role in increasing student learning motivation. Teachers who use a creative approach in teaching PAI are able to arouse students' interest in the lesson, make learning more interesting and interactive, and strengthen understanding of religious concepts. Apart from that, teacher creativity also has an impact on student learning outcomes. Students taught by teachers with a creative approach tend to achieve better learning outcomes compared to those taught using conventional methods. These findings show the important role of creativity in PAI learning at the elementary school level. The implication of this research is the need to increase the creativity of PAI teachers through training and professional development, as well as the integration of creative methods in the PAI curriculum. It is hoped that this can make a positive contribution to student motivation and learning outcomes, as well as improving the quality of religious education at SD Negeri 91 Palembang and its surroundings. Future research can explore other factors that influence PAI teacher creativity and measure their impact more broadly.
