ANALISIS MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PADA PENDIDIK DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DI MTs. MIFTAHUL ULUM JATIDATAR KECAMATAN BANDAR MATARAM KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH TAHUN PELAJARAN 2023/2024

Abstract

Human resources (HR) have a big role in the implementation of education, especially on the quality of personnel in education. Education is a process that cannot be separated from the role of human resources (HR). The purpose of this study is to describe the human resource management of educators and education personnel in MTs Miftahul Ulum, Jatidatar, Bandar Mataram District, Central Lampung Regency. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with the Head of Madrasah, educators and MTs Miftahul Ulum Jatidatar education staff, Bandar Mataram District, Central Lampung Besar Regency. Data analysis is carried out with steps of data collection, data compression, data presentation and conclusion drawing as well as data validity using credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results showed that Human Resource Management of Educators and Education Personnel in MTs Miftahul Ulum Jatidatar, Bandar Mataram District, Lampung Tengah Besar Regency has good management, making MTs Miftahul Ulum Jatidatar, Bandar Mataram District, Lampung Tengah Besar Regency as an inspirational school at the high school level in Lampung Tengah Regency and became the first Mover School at the high school level in Lampung Tengah Regency
