UPAYA PEMBINAAN AKHLAK PADA PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI KEGIATAN EKSTRAKULIKULER DI SMA AL-KAHFI ISLAMIC SCHOOL KOTA BATAM
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the efforts of extra-curricular coaches to improve student morale at SMA AL-Kahfi Islamic School Kota Batam Issues discussed in this SMA AL-Kahfi Islamic School Kota Batam Ashabur Kaffi; and the factors and support of his PAI extracurricular activities at PAI. SMA AL-Kahfi Islamic School Kota Batam. The methods used in this study are qualitative. Sata acquisition techniques through observation, documentation, and interview techniques. Data sources obtained were principals, vice-principals, PAI extracurricular supervisors, administrators, and students. The collected data were processed and concluded in three stages: data cleansing, data presentation, and data validation. Results indicated that supportive factors included the PAI curriculum, school counselors and residents, and parent involvement. Disincentives include internal factors that weaken the relationship between trainers and the presence of trainers who do not feel a sense of belonging to ROHIS. External factors include home environment, community environment, and modern globalization
