IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MEWUJUDKAN BUDAYA RELIGIUS

Abstract

The purpose efthis study wasto;(1)knowhowreligiousculturethatwasdeveloped in SDS Islam Terpadu Madani , (2) find out how the school managementstrategy in building a religious culture in SDS Islam Terpadu Madani . To achieve the above objective, qualitative research approach was used with this type of descriptive approach. There were three data collection techniques used in this study namely: observation, interview (interview), and documentation. The author here acts as observer in the observation. As for the data analysis the author used a variety of data collection techniques, namely of a lot of data collected from field notes, interview and documentation. Then grouped and organized so as to answer the problem formulation formulated by researcher. The results showed that; (1) religious cultures developed in SDS Islam Terpadu Madani  were congregational prayer of Dzuhur, Reading Qur'an,afriendlyattitude(smile,greetings
