Abstract

As an educational leader, the school principal has quite heavy duties and responsibilities. The effectiveness of the school principal in implementing management functions is the accuracy of the application of the principal's abilities in planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling as well as utilizing all educational resources, including personnel, funds, facilities and infrastructure, including information optimally, which shows the extent to which the principal carry out the main tasks properly and correctly to achieve the goals. Teacher performance is closely related to teacher effectiveness in carrying out their functions. The effectiveness of teachers in carrying out their functions is an effective teacher; 1) have a cooperative personality, attractive appearance, great interest, consideration and leadership, 2) master good teaching methods, 3) have good behavior when teaching, 4) master various competencies in teaching.
