ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN STAKEHOLDER DALAM MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI SMA DARUSSYIFA BANJAR REJO WAY PENGUBUAN

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence stakeholder satisfaction in the management of Islamic education at SMA Darussyifa Banjar Rejo Way Pengubuan. Qualitative research methods are used with a focus on case studies. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. Research findings show that the quality of educational services, stakeholder participation, communication, school policies, and external environmental factors influence stakeholder satisfaction. To increase stakeholder satisfaction, it is recommended to improve the quality of educational services, encourage stakeholder participation, improve communication, clarify school policies, and adapt to external environmental factors. In conclusion, stakeholder participation is an important element in creating an educational environment that is inclusive, transparent and responsive to the needs of all parties involved in Islamic education at SMA Darussyifa Banjar Rejo Way Pengubuan.
