Abstract

This research aims to analyze school financial management policies with a focus on strategies to increase the efficient use of education funds. Efficiency in managing school finances is crucial to ensure optimization of resources and quality of learning. Qualitative and quantitative approaches are used in data collection and analysis to understand school financial management practices, factors that influence efficiency, and policies that can improve the use of education funds. The research results identified challenges in school financial management, including a lack of transparency, a lack of understanding of the principles of good financial management, and a lack of adequate support and supervision. Based on these findings, several policies are recommended, such as developing clear financial management guidelines, increasing transparency and accountability, and strengthening collaboration between schools, government and society. This research is expected to contribute to the development of policies to increase the efficiency of the use of education funds at the school level, thereby supporting the creation of a more inclusive, competitive and quality educational environment for all students.
