Mutu Layanan Pendidikan Di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Roudlotul Hidayah Kota Bangun Kecamatan Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar
Abstract
Roudlotul Hidayah Private Tsanawiyah Madrasah in Bangun City, Tapung Hilir District, Kampar Regency, is an educational institution that is committed to providing quality educational services for students. This research aims to explore the general picture of the quality of educational services in these madrasas, the factors that influence the quality of educational services, as well as their impact on students' academic achievement and personal development, as well as their readiness to continue to a higher level of education or enter the world of work. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a single case study. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The results of the research show that the quality of educational services at the Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah Roudlotul Hidayah is reflected in the good quality of teaching, relevant curriculum, adequate facilities, as well as academic and social support for students. Factors such as effective school management, structured policies, innovative teaching practices, as well as support from parents, community involvement, and environmental conditions have a positive impact on the quality of educational services. The impact of the quality of educational services is not only limited to student academic achievement, but also extends to students' personal development and their readiness to face future challenges. This madrasa has succeeded in forming students who are responsible, independent and have integrity. In conclusion, Roudlotul Hidayah Private Tsanawiyah Madrasah has succeeded in making a significant contribution in forming a young generation who is competent and ready to face changes in this era of globalization.
