MANAJEMEN PENDIDIK DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DI TPA NURUL AMAL WAY KANDIS KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

Abstract

This research aims to describe the human resource management system related to planning, recruitment, placement and development of educators and education personnel at TPA Nurul Amal Way Kandis, Bandar Lampung City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type. The results of the research are as follows (1) planning for educators and honorary education staff by proposing from the madrasah to the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, using three analyzes namely through needs analysis, position analysis, workload analysis, so that they are able to carry out an analysis of strengths and weaknesses; (2) recruitment of educators and honorary education staff by determining admission qualifications so that competent educators are obtained according to the subjects being taught; while honorary education staff who have the required skills and expertise; (3) the placement of educators refers to the principle of the right man on the right place, however there is still a mismatch of 10% between educational background and the subjects being taught; (4) activities for developing educators and education personnel include education and training in the form of technical guidance, spiritual quantum learning, further studies, self-development through subject teacher deliberations, recitation and coaching activities.
