IMPLEMENTASI FUNGSI MANAJEMEN MUDIR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN SANTRI

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the homecoming management function to improve student discipline. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research, namely a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people and actors being observed. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this research is qualitative analysis. Based on the findings of the analysis and discussion, the results of this research can be concluded that Mudir Education Management Planning to Improve Santri Discipline in Ma'had Aly Bani Ahmad Ungaran Timur Semarang Regency, includes: formulating the goals of santri discipline education in accordance with the vision, mission and objectives, creating student disciplinary regulations, creating guidelines for violations and punishments, establishing a schedule for student disciplinary activities. Organizing Mudir Management to Improve Santri Discipline at the Roudhotunisa Agung Islamic Boarding School, South Lampung, including: appointing management to be formed into an organization, creating a management structure according to field and expertise in handling santri. Implementing Mudir Management to Increase santri discipline at Ma'had Aly Bani Ahmad Ungaran East Semarang Regency, including: providing direction regarding santri disciplinary education, providing motivation to santri regarding santri disciplinary education, leading the course of santri disciplinary education, communicating with santri to make decisions regarding acts of santri disciplinary violations. Supervision of Mudir Management to Improve Santri Discipline in Ma'had Aly Bani Ahmad Ungaran Timur Semarang Regency, includes 2 methods, namely: direct supervision and indirect supervision
