MANAJEMEN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP ETOS KERJA TENAGA PENDIDIK DAN KEPENDIDIKAN
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the leadership management of school principals on the work ethic of teaching and education staff at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Azhaar Ummu Suwanah, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this research is qualitative analysis. The research results show that the managerial skills of the head of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Azhaar Ummu Suwanah, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City include: educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader and motivator. The implementation went well in accordance with the existing main tasks and functions, both in terms of planning and evaluation. However, the work ethic of educational staff has not run optimally due to two factors, namely (1) internal relating to cultural diversity, educational, economic, social backgrounds, and (2) external relating to wages, work climate, instilling attitudes and time. which is owned by educational staff which is carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Azhaar Ummu Suwanah, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City.
