Abstract

Carrying out a job will be seen in the way and motivation that a person has whether he is working seriously or pretending. Responsible or not and so on. Therefore a person's work ethic can be influenced by the group's work ethic. Work ethic is something that is abstract, because it is included in the field of psychology related to attitudes that are hidden in the mind. This attitude comes from the values adopted, namely something that is considered valuable and useful in life. The focus of this research is the work ethic of the Head of MA Integral Hidayatullah . The purpose of this research is to find out "the work ethic of the principal of MA Integral Hidayatullah  School. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people and actors observed. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this research is qualitative analysis. Based on the findings of the analysis and discussion, the results of this study can be concluded that the work ethic of the Head of MA Integral Hidayatullah  continues to move towards significant improvement. It is clear from the breakthrough towards something that is towards improvement which is very innovative, the hard work shown by the principal both at work and influencing his subordinates so that the improvement of various aspects in the school continues to grow rapidly, including the discipline of the principal can be a benchmark for increasing the ethos Head of MA Integral Hidayatullah . The improvement of the work ethic of the head of MA Integral Hidayatullah  continues to increase in accordance with the indicators listed in the concept of a good work ethic, so that at MA Integral Hidayatullah  the principal's innovations become a breakthrough which is very decisive for school improvement towards global competition
