Abstract

The aim of this research is to compare the human resource management of educators and education staff in Madrasahs. Data and documents were collected and compiled using in-depth interview techniques, participant observation and documentation studies. The data and documents are checked for validity through triangulation of methods, theories and sources. Furthermore, the data and documents were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the research are 1) Planning: planning the  goals of santri disciplinary education in accordance with the vision, mission and objectives of MAS Abu Hurairah, Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra, making santri disciplinary regulations, making guidelines for violations and punishments that will be given to disciplinary violators, determining a schedule of santri disciplinary activities . 2) Implementation: provide direction regarding santri disciplinary education, provide motivation to santri regarding santri disciplinary education, lead the course of santri disciplinary education, communicate with those in line to provide an understanding of santri disciplinary education and make decisions regarding acts of santri disciplinary violations. 3) Supervision: directly consists of court and attendance readings and indirect supervision consists of performance evaluation.
