IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS MADRASAH DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN MATA PELAJARAN AKIDAH AKHLAK
Abstract
Madrasah Based Management (MBM). It is a system consisting of elements and therefore the results of educational activities in the madrasah are the collective result of all elements of the madrasah with this kind of thinking. Madrasas that implement MBM must make a madrasa development plan. Madrasah development plans generally include the formulation of the madrasah's vision, mission, objectives and implementation strategies. Meanwhile, the madrasah's annual work plan generally includes identifying madrasah targets (madrasah situational goals), selecting the madrasah functions needed to achieve the identified targets, SWOT analysis, problem solving steps, and preparing annual work plans and programs for the madrasah. Based on the results of observation interviews and documentation regarding the implementation of madrasa-based management in an effort to improve the quality of Aqidah Akhlak learning at MTs Negeri 2 Pesawaran. The results of the research stated that the planning stage was quite good. In general, the implementation of madrasa-based management in improving the quality of Aqidah Akhlak learning at MTs Negeri 2 Pesawaran includes: Curriculum management and teaching programs, education personnel management, student management, financial management, facilities and infrastructure management and management of madrasah relations with the community.
