IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN
Abstract
This research aims to find out about the Implementation of Educational Management in Improving the Quality of Education. The author in this research uses a method that focuses more on the use of an approach model that focuses on the content of the study or content analysis. Discussion and data collection by the author was carried out through various media, both print and electronic, such as books, e-books, scientific journals, and so on. By implementing educational management through the functions of planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising both from the teacher aspect, the learning facilities and learning processes at SMAN 1 Ujanmas can be even better. In general, the implementation of education management at SMAN 1 Ujanmas in improving the quality of learning includes management of curriculum and teaching programs, management of educational personnel, student management, financial management, management of facilities and infrastructure and management of madrasa relations with the community, and in efforts to improve the quality of education, namely by implementation of school autonomy, and head leadership. Thus, it can be concluded that an educational leader, in this case the principal, is required to have the ability to guide, mobilize and encourage and direct the people in educational institutions, namely achieving educational goals that have been previously formulated.
