PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH DALAM MENGINGKATKAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN AKIDAH AKHLAK
Abstract
This research is based on the importance of school-based management in improving the quality of education. In connection with this, this research aims to determine School-Based Management in Improving Education Quality. In improving the quality of education, schools are looking for solutions by implementing school-based management. Based on the results of observation interviews and documentation regarding the implementation of madrasa-based management in an effort to improve the quality of SMP Al Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. The results of the research stated that the planning stage was quite good. In general, the implementation of madrasa-based management in improving the quality of Aqidah Akhlak learning at SMP Al Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung includes: Curriculum management and teaching programs, management of educational personnel, student management, financial management, management of facilities and infrastructure and management of madrasah relations with the community. and in an effort to improve the quality of education, namely by implementing school autonomy and head leadership. Thus, it can be concluded that an educational leader, in this case the school principal, is required to have the ability to guide, mobilize and encourage and direct the people in the institution. education, namely achieving previously formulated educational goals.
