KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN BUDAYA KERJA GURU DI SDN 1 GUNUNG SULAH BANDAR LAMPUNG

Abstract

Communication can be understood as a one-way action that runs straight from the communicator to the recipient. However, communication can also be understood as an interactive action involving both parties actively, between the communicator and the recipient. If one functions as the message sender, then the other functions as the message receiver. In this study, the method used is descriptive analysis aiming to describe and interpret facts based on data from the research conducted. Interpersonal communication carried out by the principal in terms of enhancing the teacher's work culture can be seen from what the principal does, namely the principal establishing open and regular communication, fostering strong and positive relationships with each teacher, collaborating in decision-making, providing constructive feedback, encouraging professional development, building a sense of shared ownership, and providing emotional and professional support.
